I have made this risk assessment so i can evaluate all the potential risk that may go wrong when making my media product. It is important to take these risk into consideration so nothing goes wrong when making my product so i get the best outcome despite the likely hood of the risk. I chose this particular format (Table) because its clear to see what the risk is and how to solve is and how likely it is to happen.
